The Natchez sleeps groups of 4 to 80 across twelve 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom suites — 40 bedrooms total in one staffed building in downtown New Orleans, a 5-minute walk to the French Quarter. Book one suite or combine adjacent suites for bachelorette parties, family reunions, girls trips, and corporate retreats. Every suite has a full kitchen and washer/dryer; building amenities include a heated saltwater pool, two hot tubs, a rooftop sun deck with BBQ grills, and a staffed front desk & concierge.

Need more room than one suite? Every floor has four suites just steps apart, so larger groups can book two, three, or more suites and still stay close — same hallway, same pool, same rooftop. Tell us your headcount and we'll do our best to place your suites adjacent or nearby.
