Quotes can be generated by selecting a desired check-in and check-out date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Non-Special Event Bookings:
A 50% refundable deposit is required at booking.
Balance due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
Special Event Bookings:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Balance is non-refundable once charged.
Special events include but may not be limited to July 4th/ Essence Festival, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest, and Thanksgiving/Bayou Classic.
